I hate chemical works. I live in a small town. A few years ago, my favorite thing in summer was to swim in the river near my house. But now I can’t because of the chemical works. The chemical works let out a lot of dirty water into the river. The river becomes very dirty, so I couldn’t swim in it anymore. This is the reason why I hate chemical works.

The most unforgettable place I have been to are Las Vegas( 拉斯维加斯) during 2010. This wonderful place are located in Southern California, and Nevada which are in western United States. We traveled to Las Vegas by airplane that flew from Hong Kong airport to Los Angeles(洛杉矶) airport, then we took a cab ride to Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a place that is full of casinos, bars, hotels, and night clubs. It didn't surprise our family when we first arrived in Las Vegas during daytime, because it wasn't full of people and didn't look like the beautiful pictures that posted on websites. After we check in the hotel rooms for my family members, we decided to head out for something special to eat. When we exit the hotel entrance, we were surprise of the night time activities that was shown in front of us, just like the pictures that shown on websites. After many chose of restaurants appears, we decided to enter a decent, above average seafood buffet restaurant. The food they served there was fresh and very clean. After we enjoyed this nice meal, we decided to test our luck in the casino area. Time past fast in casinos. We spend about four hours in a casino, and we used our luck to trade for cash. It was already dark outside and we wasn't tire due to the jet lay. Then we decided to head out for a drink in a bar nearby. This place was full of people and it is a busy bar. In the bar, there are a corner for people that watch football while the drink, and on the other side, there are a couple two-sited tables for couples that enjoy their drink. The bar experience was different than the bars in China, which is a pleasure for us to experience new things. After the decent drinks in the bar, we head back to our hotel and prepare for tomorrow's day. The things I liked about this place are we were able to meet new people, experience American style of buffet, casino, and bars. It was a pleasure to be in Las Vegas, and we looking forward to enjoy our next trip to here.
