My Library
As an avid reader, I have spent countless hours browsing in libraries. However, there is one library that holds a special place in my heart – the New York Public Library.

As soon as I enter its door, I am greeted by an aura of tranquility and concentration that permeates the air, allowing me to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the reasons I love this library so much is because of its magnificent reading rooms. The Rose Main Reading Room, for example, is a masterpiece of Beaux-Arts architecture that measures almost two blocks long and features an intricately painted ceiling, as well as large study tables and comfortable chairs for readers. Whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed with schoolwork or in need of inspiration for my own writing, I know I can come to this room and feel rejuvenated by the sheer beauty and peacefulness of my surroundings.
Another reason I am drawn to this library is because of its various events and programs that are offered throughout the year. From author talks to book clubs to workshops and exhibitions, there is always something interesting and engaging happening at the New York Public Library. I have attended several author talks here, featuring world-renowned writers like Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, John Green, and Margaret Atwood, and each time I have been impressed with the knowledgeable and passionate audience that attends these events.
In short, the New York Public Library is more than just a place to check out books – it is a cultural landmark that promotes literature, creativity, and education. I am so grateful to have access to this incredible resource and will continue to cherish my time spent here for many years to come.

I am a student of our university, who often spend my spare time in our library. Generally speaking, our library provides quite good service. However, I still have some suggestions for you to upgrade the quality of your service.
To begin with, I would like you to prolong the open time. In the daytime, most students are having classes. To continue, some books are too old/ are out of date. It would be better if you could replace them with updated materials.
