我就产生一个灵感，要复盘一下，这个“好”是怎么来的？
我也不是天生就会当妈妈的，这些教育孩子，跟孩子说话，相处的方法，也是学来的，练来的。
故事很长，听我慢慢给你讲。
2008年，我刚到长春，第一份工作，是在一家英语培训机构当英语老师，教《新概念》。有一回课间，两个男孩在教室外面打起来了，两个妈妈都跑出去拉架，各自教训自己的孩子，当时，我在办公室休息，我知道发生了冲突，但是，我没有出去，因为我不知道我出去说点啥。
后来，继续上课，我能看出来，刚刚打架的两个孩子，状态不对劲，还没有恢复到平静的状态，甚至已经无心听课了。而我，又不知道怎么让他们不受刚刚冲突的影响。同时，我又知道他们的不高兴是有原因的，我不能给他们贴标签，说他们上课“溜号”“不认真”。
这些想法都在我的心里打转。后来的工作中，我也经常会想起这个事儿。那时候，我就想，对于孩子的一生来说，英语课好像没那么重要，如何面对跟别人的冲突，如何跟同学相处，这个更重要。
当时，我就对教育这个话题产生了好奇。开始在豆瓣上搜索相关的书籍。找到了尹建莉的《好妈妈胜过好老师》《孩子，把你的手给我》。发现，原来教育真的要讲方法，原来，父母的说话方式很重要。
想起我们宿舍那一群戏精。。
我们宿舍六个人，两个来自烟台两个来自本地还有两个是省外的人。虽然来自天南海北性格大不相同，但是还是挡不住我们想要演戏的心。我见过的最厉害的“戏精”就是我们这一群人了。
就拿上周那节英语课来说吧。
我们英语课基本属于通识教育，不属于学位课程。通俗来说，就是不太重要的课。其实从学校的课程设置上来说也能看出来，其他的专业课或者是学位课程，基本都设置在了上午第二节或者是下午第二节或者是晚上，唯独英语这门课，偏偏设置在了每天早上第一节和下午第一节，正是熬夜晚睡的人补觉的时候，所以这也就导致了英语课普遍少人少的比较厉害。不过一般英语老师不点名，我们也就放心大胆的翘了。
事情就发生在某一节我舍友睡懒觉不去上课的日子。不知道为什么英语老师那天突然来了兴趣，竟然开始抽查点名。点到的还就是我们宿舍没来的那个舍友。作为朋友不能不帮，我就替她站了起来，顶替他这个人。老师没有说什么，竟然继续往下点我们宿舍的人。下一个点到的就是我。没有办法，我的另一个舍友站了起来顶替我。就这样B顶替A，C顶替B的最后真个宿舍都站了起来，周围那些知道真相的同学都嘻嘻哈哈哄笑成了一团。英语老师感觉不对劲，放下点名册走下来站到我们身边义正严辞的问：“你们到底是谁！”
现在回想起来还在感慨当时的我们，一脸正气戏演的足足的。
我认为还是当小学老师好。因为当小学老师面对的是一群孩子，他们在萌芽中生长，接受你的教育之后，能够受到你的启发，他也许会因为你的某一句话改变了喜欢的方向，所以小学老师的责任我认为是特别重要的，因为小学老师也许会决定你以后走的路，决定孩子的一生，所以我认为它有一定的成就感，我见过一个孩子长大以后成功了，如果他对你说，当初如果不是老师你影响了我，我不会有今天的成就那我会觉得很感到很骄傲，很自豪，和孩子们也很好相处，他们纯真善良，在这样的环境里所有人都会变的善良，所以我觉得小学老师很重要，因为不像高中老师一样。
现在的高考很重要，所以我要说高中老师也特别重要，高中是就教学质量，还有为人方面都会影响到孩子们以后未来发展的道路，有的人总说，高中老师教的不好，高中老师也会觉得这样的压力会很大，他会感觉孩子的一生毁在了自己的手里，所以我认为如果老师没有掌握高超的教学技能，是不能去教高中孩子的，现在的孩子都要考大学，可能要考好多理想的大学，在这样的条件，老师的教学质量变得尤为重要，高中老师，不能耽误孩子的未来，这是一个为人师表的表现，也是一个老师的职责，所以责任越大，压力越大，将会给老师带来很大的影响，不如小学老师来的快乐…
