2.备课与备学生并行，让学生知道学英语要做什么和怎样做。她把一个单元的五个课时一气呵成，这样整个单元的气息畅通；课件比教案更详尽、细致，边教学边改进和补充，创建高效课堂；课堂上能解决的问题和能完成的作业，绝不拖回家去做。培养课上学习活动的参与意识，“我们都不是观众，不要让自己闲着”；课上记的笔记还有家庭作业的布置全部细致入微地为学生着想。
3.正确引导学生“为什么学英语”以及“学好英语做什么”。
