    英语学习的方法。

    1 学习英语的首要理念:要努力去了解“是什么”,而尽量少去了解“为什么”。

    真正学好英语,不经历背诵大量文章,写大量东西,听大量文章,是根本不可能达到目的的,比如一个新单词,我们在书上看到,默写,背诵,还不能说真正认识了。在听力中听到了这个单词,能反应过来是它吗?在想表达这种意思的时候,能反应过来应该用它吗?……我们当初学说话的时候,都是无形中进行了听,说,读,写等不经意的“练习”才全面掌握了这门语言。

    4 学习英语要善于利用零碎时间。

    英语学习不是靠突击可以学好的,一下子花上好几个小时拼命学英语,是无济于事的。它的特点在于“细水常流”。每天花上十几分钟的零碎时间听,背一段课文,记几个单词,长期坚持,逐渐会得到提高的。

    5 要着意“卖弄”。

    新学会的词汇和用法,应该在可能的场合多多练习使用。不要老是用自己喜欢或者熟悉的单词或者句型,这样的话,新学的东西永远得不到强化,慢慢的又会变的陌生,人将会永远停留原有的水平。不断地将新东西变为旧东西,又不断接触伍此唤新东西,再将其变为旧东西,如此往复,才能不断提高。

    对这次英语的考试成绩,我觉得非常的惭愧,学生分数差距让我陷入了深深的教学反思之中。我想我很有必要查找和分析其中的原因了,而且是非常紧迫。

    一、首先,我觉得最重要的原因之一就是我对学生真实的英语学习状况不够了解。一开始我觉得他们能考进高中,说明他们的学习状况还是可以的,我对他们比较放心的。于是我对他们的要求就尝试了侧重自主学习,强调英语的预习和复习,指导他们自己整理《笔记本》和《纠错本》。。并且我也注重和他们强调初高中的上课模式和学习 方法 是有所区别的。老师和学生之间有一个彼此适应和磨合的过程,我们一起共同努力。然而经过一段时间的上课,我发现,他们的自觉性和自学能力和我的预想相差太大,很多靠自己自觉完成的整理和巩固均未很好去做。上课反复强调过的语言点,练习中一模一样做过的题目,讲评订正过依然错误率极高。学生学习上的问题一是说明上课效率和效果极差;二是课后没有及时复习巩固;三是没弄明白的题目没有问。

    二、我觉得另一重要原因就是我对学生真实的英语学习水平不够了解。自从我接班以来,我试图尽我自己最大的努力来了解学生。从以前他们的中考成绩,学习基础来看,两极分化存在还是比较严重的,,但我很有信心能帮助学生提高英语成绩。有同学提出单词不会读,我就一遍又一遍地领读。平时上课时除了讲述新课的内容,还联系了以前初中的知识要点,做到知识的迁移和提升。在教学中我越来越发现学生初中的知识很不理想,所以,我指导基础较弱的学生复习巩固初中的基础知识;对学有余力的学生加强课外阅读。很多同学的笔记记得相当认真,学习积极性和课后问问题的同学也多了。再加上月考也比以前有进步。所以综合以上情况,我对这个班的教学很有信心,也很放心。然而,也许就是橡枣因为我太放心了,所以这次的成绩完全出乎我的意料,让我很不知所措。我想我也许对他们的真实情况还不够了解透彻吧。于是我找了很多同学进行了一次深谈。发现上课的笔记是槐蠢认真记的,但是回去的复习巩固工作就做得很差了。作业不认真应付老师,所以作业质量不高。有些任课老师的作业较多,也较严格严厉,不敢怠慢,所以英语的很多软性复习也就一点一点的得过且过了。班级没有学习特别尖的同学在班里带头,大家的学习竞争力不强,英语考试高分没有,平均分就更低了。

    三、对学习任务检查落实不够、对学生作业和资料的完成督促落实不到位,部分学生学习偷工减料,学科学习欠账较多,考试成绩自然差了。以后我要一切从头开始帮他们好好补了。至于采取措施就是我要抓的更到位些,更严格些,做到事事有着落,件件有落实。此外,英语学习效率低下也是导致学习成绩提不上去的重要原因。

    总之,反思是为了让自己更好地面对现实,而面对现实是为了更好地提高以后的`教学。调整教学思路,加大学习督查力度,教学相长是今后提高工作效率的重要途径。

    上周四的月考结果出来了,本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕,从入学成绩来看,我班英语有20几个不及格,这就已经奠定了后来的结果,很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许,是真的我水平有限,都是从初一接手的新生,差距怎么就这么大呢?

    从成绩分析来看,满分有3个,90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上,在平时上课提问来看,只有这一部分同学比较积极,而80分以上的有12个,这些同学,需要在平时多加提问和关注,争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个,60分的只有一个,中间力量太薄弱了,可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的,都在十几二十几三十几分左右,真的是太难提高了,而且,这部分同学不光英语不及格,其他科目也这样,我现在束手无策了。不过,我也不能放弃他们,在期梁明拆中考试之前,多下点功夫,希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目,如果一开始就不及格,就很难再提高了,所以,对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学,课后补补课,能提高多少是多少吧。

    教学反思

    上一周我们学校进行了一次月考,试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少,现有人数47,及格44人,满分一人,90分以上28人,70到90段13人,本次试卷是一单元检测题,题目没有做过但比较简单,全在课堂教学训练的范围,通过分析尖子生太少,需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练,提高90分以上学生的做题能力,努力打造70到90段学生,加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始,对学生要求平等,这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异,根据学生成绩,在以后的教学中加强分层教学,减轻学生心理压力,提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯,提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

    教学反思

    四、具体改进措施

    3、规范训练,改进学习方法。要善于分析学生,找出学生的薄弱环节,合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

    在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野,多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息,加强语言运用能力的培养,少讲解,多给学生实际运用语言的机会,在用中学英语。

    4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以,但有两极分化的趋向,在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径,还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

    总之,每次考试都是对自己教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时通过考试反思自己的教学中存在的问题,在总结与反思中不断进步,不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

    3.形容词性物主代词
