1。My mother
My mother is a nurse. She works in a hospital . She always goes to work by bike. She works hard and she is also very patient. So her workmates and the patients all like her very much.Sometimes she has to work at night. She likes her work very much.
2. My bedroom
I have a nice bedroom. It is not very big,but I like it very much. There is a bed, a desk and chair and a bookshelf in it. There is also a picture of film star on the wall. There are lots of books and some CDs on the shelf. It's always clean and tidy. I like it very much.
3. My plan for the summer vacation
I am going to do my homework every day . I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books.I am going to do sports such as playing table tennis, swimming and so on. I am going to visit my grandparents. I will have a busy summer vacation.
4.My pen friend
I have a pen friend. Her name is Lucy. She is fourteen years old. And her birthday is on May 3. She is from America and she lives in New York. Her favourite subject is music. She is pretty with long,curly hair and a pair of glasses. She loves sports and her favourite is swimming.

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation. We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Wall's history. They thanked us a lot and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.
August 23, 2010 Monday
It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.
3It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.
