我们生存的社会是一个有法的社会，人民的安居乐业，治国的根本之策都是以法为核心的，所以，人们对待一件事，都离不开一个法字。当然，人们在奉行依法治国的同时也在贯彻落实着以德治国，德与法向来都是相辅相成出现的。但是随着人们“德”的提高，逐渐的他却占了先导。就如，上面的实例：人们似乎忽略了：一个人的生命是宝贵的，任何人，单位，都无权剥夺一个人的生命，除了法律。但是人们的想法却与这一点相差了很远，这难道不是道德牵住了法律的鼻子吗?
