问题是：两个后面都可以跟名词，这时候，有什么滑察区别呢？这样问，就是一个好问题，也比较好回答。
a little boy, 一个小男孩，这时候的little是一个形容词，意为“小而可爱的”，是和small的区别。a 是不定冠词，用来修饰可数名词boy的。little可以换成别的形容词。
There isa little waterin the bottle. 中a little是一个整体，用来修饰不可数名词，对比的是：There is little water in the bottle. little= not much,是限定词。前者表示“肯定”，后者是“否定”。
因为a little 后面直接可以跟不可数名词，a little of后再跟名词的情况就很少了。类似于many students 和many of the students ，有a little wine 和a little of that wine如：I want a little of that wine.这时候的a little 和some/many/mostof the/these/thosestudents ,以及much ofthe/this/thatwater/wine中的many, much一样，作不定代词用了。
