Who is willing to drink the polluted water? It can cause us to be ill and even to die. We can't wait for a moment to protect our water sources. The water we use comes from oceans, lakes, rivers or streams. But many of these water sources are getting seriously polluted. Towns and cities are pouring dust into the water. Many people are throwing all kinds of dirty things into the water. Factories are pouring waste material into the water.Therefore, water sources have become so badly polluted that some of the water is unfit to drink or to use. Now it is high time that we should do something to protect our water environment from being polluted.

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees and flowers everywhere.
But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses. For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

First of all, huge profit can be gained by cutting the expenditures on supervising the food production, thus leading to unsafe produce of food. For example, the workers may not wear gloves during the process. Secondly, the best interest can be obtained by replacing the essential ingredient with other cheap synthesized chemical substance.
As a result, some actions should be taken to solve these potential problems. To begin with, the surveillance system may be enhanced to prohibit the unsafe producing of food. In addition, a slight elevation in price of chemical substance may help prevent the manufacturer being tempt to substitute the original ingredient.
