1. 游记（去郊外玩的）
My parents and I went to the countryside last Saturday. We woke up early in the morning. After a quick breakfast, we started to pack up and head downstairs. It took us about an hour to drive out of the city. My father chose a grassland as our camping ground, then he left me a task of putting up the tent. By the time I finished the task, it was already noon. I found that my parents had already taken out our food. We had been preparing for this picnic for several days. We all enjoyed the picnic by the river very much. After we finished our lunch, we started to do our own things. My father and I were busying fishing, while my mum mas lying on the grass reading. Time flied, we all had a good time before we drove back to the city. It was a nice countryside experience for me.

I am so sorry to hear that my best friend quarrelled with his parents last week. If I were him, I would talk to my parents. In my opinion, the quarrel between parents and children is due to lack of communication. Parents are always more experienced than children. If they think that their child make a mistake, then probably it is true. Hence I suggest that my friend should apologize to his parent first, then he should think about what he did wrong, so that he can learn from his mistake.

As we all know, a language is a communication tool, one can only make an improvement by practising it frequently. In order to learn English well, I keep a diary in English every day. While writing a diary in English, I always concur difficulties such is expression, grammer and new words. After looking them up in the dictionary or other books, I can improve writing skills largely. Sometimes I have difficulties expressing myself using English. Hence I watch English movies in my spare time. I pay attention to the expression of the actors, and learn from them. It is normal that a beginner like me may not understand the the lines in the play by only listening, hence I always select movies with English subtitles.
